Risks and constraints
Every volunteer driven startup has risks. Name them early and plan a response.
No interest in the idea
If the idea is hard to explain or lacks a modern angle, it may be difficult to recruit volunteers. Clarify the pitch and validate demand.
Founder interruption
Long breaks can stall momentum. Document decisions and keep a backup lead to maintain progress.
Regional differences
The model has been tested in Australia and New Zealand. Adjust recruitment and communication for your local environment.
Lack of technical skills
Non technical founders may struggle to guide early development. Use a technical lead or advisor and document specs carefully.
