These Terms govern your use of the SeedStart.Space website (the “Site”), the SeedStart methodology content (the “Methodology”), and any related pages hosted on this domain. The SeedStart application is available at app.seedstart.space and may have additional terms presented in the app.

The SeedStart approach may involve volunteer contributors. Unless you have a separate written agreement with a contributor, nothing on this Site creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you, SeedStart, or any contributor. You are responsible for ensuring your team arrangements comply with applicable laws and are documented appropriately.

The Site and Methodology are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee results (including fundraising, hiring success, traction, or launches). Startup outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedStart and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or Methodology.
